PSHS girls soccer

PRINCETON — The Princeton Senior High School Lady Tigers soccer team had two representatives on the All-State team.

The PSHS had two players recognized on the Sportswriter All-State team. Laken Dye and Sadie Boggess were both selected All-State by the Sportswriter. It was two selections for a Princeton Senior High School team that had a very solid season.

Dye finished as the leading scorer for the Lady Tigers this season and Boggess had a solid season for the Lady Tigers.

“I am excited for them,” coach Michelle Dye said. “They all worked hard and deserved recognition.”

PSHS finished 8-10-1 on the season, they faced a strong schedule and were able to make some things happen. Dye has already talked about both players being a strong as they were for the team this season.

“Sadie has played goalie and has had some important stops for us that has kept us in games,” Dye said. “Laken Dye led us in goals this season.”

It was some strong individual seasons for the Lady Tigers this season and because of that they can look forward to next season. the lady Tigers will continue to put their best food forward which will equal to more wins next season for Princeton. All of t Dye siblings have been able to come through the program and be effective and this year was not no different.

With the type of team, the Lady Tigers have returning next season the Lady Warriors will be excited about next season.
