BURGLARY, DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Deputies responded to a report of a burglary at the Elite Gentleman’s Club on Grassy Branch Road in Bluefield.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (AUTO), PETIT LARCENY: A male subject reported his vehicle had been rummaged through and several items had been stolen.

DUI: During a traffic stop, Senior Deputy A.M. Ballard observed the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the male subject’s vehicle. The subject was asked to perform three field sobriety tests and showed impairment. Joshua Stroud, 21, of Princeton, was arrested.

BREAKING AND ENTERING TO AUTO, PETIT LARCENY: A female subject reported her vehicle was broken into and several items were missing.

July 30

DUI, SPEEDING: During a traffic stop, Senior Deputy A.M. Ballard observed the male driver of the vehicle to the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. The driver was asked to perform three field sobriety tests upon which he showed signs of impairment. Timothy McPeak, 37, of Bluefield, was arrested.

DUI: Deputies responded to a traffic accident on Oakvale Road in Princeton. While speaking with the male driver, a deputy observed the odor on an alcoholic beverage coming from the driver’s breath. The driver was asked to conduct three field sobriety tests upon which he showed impairment. Jason Huffman, 31, of Rock, was arrested.
