PRINCETON — From framing, artwork and more one local business is offering customers a personalized shopping experience.

Frameworks Plus, at 234 Experts Cir #100, has hundreds of framing options. From frames, matte boards and more the business welcomes all framing projects.

“We’ve framed some really unusual things. The possibilities are endless,” owner Juanita Swatts, said.

Swatts enjoys seeing the projects that customers bring in from sweatshirts, diplomas, photos and even snakeskin. Swatts, her husband Mike Swatts, and Marlene Belcher can walk customers through their framing selection to ensure they receive the best possible product and experience.

Other than framing Swatts also offers artwork. This selection includes P. Buckley Moss, as she is a registered Moss retailer and many local artists. Aside from selling artwork Swatts is an advocate for the arts and supports her customer’s creativity.

“We have local arts and art supplies. We have a lady that comes in from March through December to teach art classes,” Swatts said.

The available art supplies are a higher grade that typically available and most large retail stores. This allows professional artists, or those simply interested in art, to have a selection of higher quality items for their creations, Swatts said.

These supplies range from drawing, painting and more.

Swatts also sees customers enter the store, buy artwork, then have it framed, all in one visit. This allows customers to have a personal experience to learn more about the artist and have a chance to customize the frame.

Whether customers bring an item in to be framed or purchase the item in the store they can have their frames customized.

“Customers have options of hundreds whereas online they don’t have that selection,” Swatts said. The store is also constantly adding new framing options keeping the selection fresh.

Those interested in the store may visit from Tuesday through Saturday from 10 to 5:30. For more information on Frameworks Plus contact them at 304-425-0200.
