PRINCETON — We normally cook at home. We try to spend time together during the holiday. We usually decorate the Christmas tree right after dinner.
We just do the traditional thing. The family usually comes to my house. Usually, my mom cooks. It’s all about the little things in how she cooks. If the old recipe changes it jus doesn’t taste same.
Our traditional Thanksgiving is changing. Last year, my husband died so that really changed everything. This year, I’m going to Jacksonville, Fl. My daughter is supposed to be having a baby around then so hopefully, I’ll be holding a baby on Thanksgiving.
My sister comes in from out of town. Most people watch the parade. I don’t get to because I’m always cooking.
Well, we’re not that close so I can’t really answer that. Dad just sits at the house. He watches the parade and the games.
