Mercer County Grand Jury indicts 75, including one murder charge

PRINCETON — The Mercer County Grand Jury convened this week and released indictments Thursday, June 14, involving the following individuals. The defendants are listed with their ages, hometowns and charges.

• Barbara Anderson, 44, of Princeton, obtaining possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, hydrocodone, by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge.

• Jessica Marie Barela, 32, of Bluefield, obtaining welfare assistance by false statements.

• Lisa Ann Bargo, 42, of Pounding Mill, Va., obtaining goods by false pretense; making or issuing a worthless check on a pre-existing debt.

•  Kelli Sue Barker, 22, of Princeton, delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, oxymorphone.

• Timothy Randall Bell, 53, of Princeton, unauthorized use of an access device.

• Matthew Jason Belcher, 30, of Princeton, fraudulent use of counterfeit or unauthorized access device.

• Tony James Bennett, 54, of Beckley, fleeing from law enforcement officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference to safety of others; fleeing from law enforcement officer by means other than vehicle; possession with intent to deliver Schedule I and Schedule II controlled substances, marijuana and oxycodone.

• Angela Renee Bishop, 34, of Princeton, fraudulent scheme and conspiracy.

• Ashley Blackburn, 28, of Princeton, delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, oxymorphone, and conspiracy.

• Richard Blackurn, 27, of Princeton, delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, oxymorphone, and conspiracy.

• Ronald Lee Burton Jr., 36, of Princeton, burglary, grand larceny, felon in possession of a firearm, and conspiracy.

• Michelle Blake, also known as Michelle Shrader, 34, of Rock, burglary, grand larceny, felon in possession of a firearm, and conspiracy.

• William E. Campbell Jr., 51, of Princeton, obtaining money by false pretense.

• Franklin Wayne Carroll II, 20, address unavailable, failure to provide notice of changes in sex offender registration.

• Marcellus Lovett Carter, 19, address unavailable, second-degree robbery.

• Richard Allen Cecil Jr., 22, of Duhring, burglary, grand larceny, and conspiracy.

• Roger Wayne Chandler, 41, of Bluefield, first-degree arson.

• Howard Chatman II, 48, of Princeton, burglary and grand larceny.

• Robert Lee Dempsey, 31, of Bluefield, grand larceny.

• Robert N. Dodd, 38, of Princeton, forgery and uttering, conspiracy.

• Lisa L. Stanley, 32, of Narrows, Va., forgery and uttering, conspiracy.

• Rodney Eugene Eads, 30, of St. Albans, operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory; improper display of registration; driving while license was suspended or revoked.

• Ica Marie Burdette, 35, of Winfield, operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory; improper display of registration.

•  Samanatha Jean Ellison, 24, of Princeton, grand larceny.

•  Anthony Joseph Franks Sr., 51, of Princeton, obtaining welfare assistance by false statements, conspiracy.

• Donna Marie Franks, 51, of Princeton, obtaining welfare assistance by false statements, conspiracy.

• Aubrey Gore, 33, of Princeton, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle; fleeing from an officer on foot; possession with the intent to deliver a Schedule I controlled substance, marijuana.

• Stephen Griggs, 29, of Princeton, third-degree sexual assault, sexual abuse by a guardian or custodian.

• Dena M. Grose, 50, of Bluefield, forgery and uttering.
